Cedar House is run by its owner directly — no reception desk, no rotating staff. She designed the house herself, choosing every surface and fixture with the same restraint you see in the rooms.
She replies to every WhatsApp message personally, usually within the day. If you have a question before you book, you're asking her, not a call centre.
